Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your logo. This policy explains how payments and refunds work, and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Last updated: 12 July 2026

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through pxldu, operated by PIXEL ONLINE (ABN 34 297 542 192). It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.

2. Pricing and payments

Generating and previewing logo concepts is free. You only pay a one-time fee to unlock the clean, high-resolution downloadable files for a logo. The price is shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe and appear on your statement as PIXELONLINE*. This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription — there are no recurring charges.

3. Digital products delivered immediately

Purchased logo files are digital products that are made available to you for download immediately after your payment is confirmed. Because the files are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned", we generally do not offer refunds for change of mind once the files have been unlocked — for example, if you later decide you no longer want the logo, chose the wrong design, or found a different provider. We encourage you to review the free preview carefully before purchasing.

4. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our digital products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. Among other things, the files must match their description, be fit for their ordinary purpose, and be of acceptable quality.

  • If there is a major failure — for example the files are substantially different from what was described or are unusable — you are entitled to a refund, or you may choose to keep the product and seek compensation for any drop in value.
  • If there is a minor problem that can be fixed, we may choose to repair or re-supply the files (for example, by regenerating or re-exporting them) within a reasonable time instead of giving a refund.

5. Technical issues and failed downloads

If you paid but did not receive your files, the download did not work, or the files are corrupted or faulty, please contact us — we will fix the problem, re-supply the files, or provide a refund where appropriate. Please reach out before disputing the charge with your bank so we have a chance to help.

6. How to request a refund

To request a refund or report a problem, email us at [email protected] within a reasonable time of your purchase and include:

  • the email address used for the purchase;
  • the approximate date of purchase and the amount charged;
  • the name of the logo or project; and
  • a description of the problem you experienced.

We aim to acknowledge refund requests within a few business days and to resolve them promptly.

7. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method via Stripe. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account. We do not charge a fee to process a refund.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page with its effective date.
